Diverco is an independent, and arguably the longest-established, company broker within the SME sector - with successful experience going back to the late sixties.

Peter Dodgson established Diverco in 1968 after seeing an opportunity for a knowledgeable and professional brokerage firm to help small to medium sized privately owned companies find exit solutions from their businesses.

Diverco is represented throughout the UK and Ireland by a network of offices and senior regional directors who have a wealth of experience both in company sales and, in many cases, from having successfully run and sold their own businesses.

There is no substitute for 'hands on' assistance when it is time to plan your sale and these specialists support clients at every stage, attending and leading meetings, arranging visits by prospective purchasers and generally ensuring the sale stays on course - and importantly totally confidentially. We liaise closely with accountants and legal advisors.

At any given time Diverco has approximately 100 active businesses for sale and many more in their database who have notified of their intention to sell at a later date. Importantly Diverco has considerable connections with active purchasers wishing to buy in all sectors.

Acting for vendor clients in the disposal of their companies is Diverco's sole business, independent from any other conflicting activities or hidden agendas, which can interfere with the best interests of the client. Your interests and Diverco's are therefore one and the same.
